The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving recruitment efforts. They set up campaigns to attract new talent and employ qualification methods to determine candidate suitability. The role includes interviewing candidates and negotiating rates based on project needs. Some management experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Attract, screen, and submit suitable candidates worldwide for AI data projects, including work-from-home and onsite positions. Some roles may also involve full-time employment.
• Follow recruiting requirements dictated by project needs, organizational plans, and targets.
• Run campaigns to attract new talent using existing channels and expand new sources via social media, universities, online communities, and relevant organizations.
• Use available content for campaigns and collaborate with recruiting managers and community managers to create and validate new content when needed.
• Assess applicants’ suitability based on predefined qualification methodologies, including qualification comparisons, communication analysis, and interviews.
• Manage the qualification process by sending tests and communicating results to candidates.
• Negotiate rates with candidates in accordance with project requirements and assess the best achievable rates.
• Log successful candidates into the vendor database and process/archive collaboration agreements.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• University degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities.
• Advanced user of online networks and communities.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
• Flexible work environment: remote, office, or hybrid.
• Self-starter with a strong initiative and proactive approach to process improvements and creative thinking.
