Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options.
• Manage title processing and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop financing solutions that meet customer needs.
• Process loans efficiently while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate terms with lenders and clients to secure favorable financing arrangements.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in financial documentation through proficient 10 key typing skills.
• Provide training and support to staff on financial processes and software usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial services, particularly within a dealership environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex math calculations.
• Proficiency in financial software applications and tools.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,878.00 - $175,000.00 per year
