About the Role We are looking for a Blockchain Developer with a strong foundation in Cardano smart contract development to join our team. You will work on DeFi dApps , contributing to smart contract development, blockchain integrations, and on-chain/off-chain interactions. We aim to build long-term, sustainable products in the blockchain space. This means we value well-structured, maintainable code and adherence to defined processes . The ideal candidate has an open mindset and the ability to adapt to changes while following best practices to ensure stability, security, and scalability. Responsibilities Develop and test Aiken/Plutus smart contracts for Cardano-based DeFi applications. Work on off-chain infrastructure and blockchain integrations using Go. Follow well-defined development processes to ensure consistency and maintainability. Collaborate with the team to design and implement secure and efficient smart contract logic. Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to documentation. Stay updated with new blockchain trends, especially in the Cardano ecosystem . Requirements Basic experience with Cardano smart contracts (Plutus, Aiken, or Opshin). Understanding of DeFi concepts like AMMs, lending protocols, staking, and governance. Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go is preferred) . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a structured environment . Nice-to-Have (Advantages) Experience with Ethereum, Cosmos, or other blockchain ecosystems . Knowledge of Go , Kotlin, or front-end development using React .
