Brooklyn, NY About The Job Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Immigration Attorney in Brooklyn, NY . The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration issues, including employment-based and Business Immigration, removal proceedings and federal appeals . The Immigration Attorney will handle client caseloads and represent clients in court and before government agencies. The Immigration Attorney will also be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.
