The position will involve managing union and non-union employment relationships and complying with the ever-evolving web of employment, labour, immigration and safety laws and regulations. Experience: Applicants must have a background in traditional Labor law experience, or basic familiarity on Employment law. Candidates must have a substantial amount of experience providing employment-related support for corporate transactions, drafting employment agreements, separation agreements and restrictive covenant agreements, and counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues. Experience with restrictive covenant litigation and other employment litigation is a plus, but not essential. Experience on analysis and advice regarding wage/hour issues, labor arbitrations and matters before the NLRB, and employment issues that arise in the firm’s corporate transactional practice. Must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written, analytical, verbal, and communication skills.
