LPN Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring care delivery
Coordinating resident care
Documenting resident progress
Assessing residents
Communicating and implementing changes as needed to provide the highest level of resident care

LPN Job Requirements:

Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing (LPN) and be currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Must be CPR certified
Long-term care nursing experience preferred, but not required.
Working knowledge of MDS
Leadership experience preferred.
Use of computers as applied to a health care setting. Point Click Care experience a plus.
Flexibility to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
