Overall around 8 years of experience and will be responsible for design, technology evaluation and development of Python/Jython based web applications in an enterprise architecture. Should have extremely good technology appreciation, aptitude, and communication skills to be able to talk to senior technology/solution stakeholders at client locations. Advanced skills in Python and/or Jython 2.5.2 (at least 1-2 years of experience in these skills). Knowledge of one or more of the following frameworks: Django, PyLon & SQLAlchemy. Good database skills in one of: MySQL, DB2, Oracle & any other relational database. Knowledge of PyDev IDE (Eclipse plugin). Good web application development and design skills, with aptitude to evaluate technology. Nice to have (Secondary skills) J2EE - Core Java, Servlets, Struts, Spring, JDBC. Tomcat, Glassfish and other J2EE Application Servers. UnitTest, Doctests, Nose.
