We are currently seeking experienced Room Service Servers to join our prestigious client’s team a renowned 5-star luxury hotel committed to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Room Service Server, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience directly to our guests' rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous room service to guests in accordance with hotel standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated.
• Set up and arrange dining trays and tables in guest rooms, ensuring presentation is impeccable.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms in a timely manner, adhering to designated routes and protocols.
• Assist with the retrieval of trays and dishes from guest rooms, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety throughout all aspects of service.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any concerns or requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless delivery of orders.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and room charges accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Room Service Server in a 5-star hotel or equivalent upscale dining establishment.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Neat and professional appearance, with impeccable grooming standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
