Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and continue building the safety function for a fast-growing construction company. This individual will manage all aspects of job site safety, oversee and train the safety team, and ensure the company's safety policies and procedures are compliant and effectively enforced across all job sites.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape safety culture, collaborate with leadership, and help grow the team. The Safety Manager will be expected to be in the field periodically, building trust with operations teams and reinforcing a proactive safety mindset.
