Job Description

Manhattan West Enterprise Company (“Manhattan West”) is a seeking Wealth Management Advisor Manager to join our Private Wealth team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and fast-growing investment firm that provides proprietary alternative investments across multiple asset classes including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Private Debt, and traditional equity and fixed income portfolios, as well as financial services including wealth management, business management, tax, and insurance services.

As a Wealth Advisor Manager, you will lead a team of Wealth Advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning to high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

About this Position:

  • Located at Manhattan West’s office in Century City, Los Angeles, CA
  • Full-time, exempt, 5 days in the office
  • Reports to the Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Wealth Advisors to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Oversee the management of high-net-worth clients and develop strategies to broaden relationships
  • Recruit additional advisors to the team using existing financial services network
  • Guide the team in delivering tailored financial planning and investment strategies, optimizing wealth preservation and growth for clients
  • Collaborate in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Implement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing client relationships
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in the delivery of wealth management services
  • Stay updated with industry trends and leverage new technologies and methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leadership and successful team management
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, risk management, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution
  • 7-10 years of as a Wealth Advisor with an existing book of business
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and pre-employment evaluations
  • Ability to complete the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferences:

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent designation.

Compensation:

  • Salary range $130,000 - $205,000 based on qualifications and experience
  • Discretionary bonus
