We are currently seeking a Software Development professional to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description As a Scrum Master, you will blend deep scrum expertise with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and continuous improvement. In a highly collaborative squad, you will advise, mentor, coach, and train team members on agile values, practices, and processes to accelerate value delivery. You will maintain a backlog, help remove impediments, and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. You will be responsible for release management coordination and participate in scaling ceremonies, managing interdependencies across squads and product areas. You will examine team performance through metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. You will support the squad by engaging with team members and leadership to reinforce agile principles. This role often requires coordinating efforts across multiple systems teams to deliver integrated solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product partners and chapter leaders to enable squad delivery through well-executed sprints. Enhance squad performance, efficiency, and value by coaching and providing resources to improve agile maturity. Maintain and update performance metrics and artifacts for transparency and feedback. Manage and participate in agile events like backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Support the adoption and use of tools such as Jira, Mural, and MS Teams. Communicate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Work closely with the squad leader to plan and execute high-priority work. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Coach and mentor complex squads of varying sizes. Participate in communities of practice and promote continuous improvement.
